Dilution Refrigerator Insert

Cryogenic Ltd offers a custom design dilution refrigerator insert with separate vacuum top loading tube for STM (Unisoku Co, Japan) and other UHV applications. The insert is compatible with our standard low-loss liquid helium cryostats with superconducting magnets.

System consists of

• Low Loss Heium Cryostat with integrated Magnet
• Dilution refrigerator cooling insert;
• Gas Handling System with automated control and safety;
• Temperature measurement and control electronics (Pikowatt AVS47B resistance bridge/ low noise current source or Lakeshore Cryotronics 370 resistance bridge);
• Integrated Labview software  for operation and measurement/logging data of Dilution Refrigerator and Superconducting Magnet.

Specifications:

1.  Base temperature <30mK;
2.  Cooling power of about 20 uW at 50mK;
3.  magnet bore  75mm;
4.  magnetic field up to 15T or vector magnet up to 9T-2T-2T.
